The most common reasons for failed logins are:

1. You have failed to login too many times in a row.
After failing to login multiple times in a row, your account will lock itself temporarily. To resolve this issue, you need to click here to contact support or wait 30 minutes for your account to reset.

2. Your are using an incorrect login or password.
Both your login & password are case SeNsiTiVe and should not contain any spaces on either side. You can try to relogin again by clicking here or if you are still unable to login, click here to contact support.

3. Your bandwith limit has been exceded.
You are allowed to download 5 gigabytes in a 12 hour period. If you exceeded that, then your account will be locked for 12 hours. Do not rush in downloading content, your account is good for 30 days. This helps to maintain good download speeds for the rest of the viewers and helps to prevent site ripping which is frowned upon.

4. Your account may have expired.

5. Your account may have been shared.
If you have shared your login/password involuntarily or intentionally, your account is most likely locked. You will need to click here to contact support.
